Your projects and inputs are private to you and the members of your organization you authorize; access at Eydora is tightly restricted and logged, and no one here reads your project contents. Your documents, research, concepts, customer data, product plans and confidential inputs are never used to train public AI models.
How we protect it
Private to you and your organization
Materials, communications, intellectual property, research, business information, customer data and product plans stay accessible only to you and approved members of your organization. Nothing is shared with other Eydora™ users, customers or third parties.
Never used to train public models
Your confidential materials are not used to train public large language models and are not contributed to external AI training datasets. Third-party AI infrastructure processes your authorized requests only, never external model training or redistribution.
Encrypted, isolated, audited
Everything is encrypted in transit and at rest. Production is fully isolated from test systems, access is limited and logged, and we can permanently delete your data on request with an audited record.
Certified processors, nothing retained
Card details never touch our systems; Stripe handles them and is PCI certified. Documents pass briefly through a small set of SOC 2 certified processing providers, and our document parser retains nothing and trains nothing. Our own SOC 2 preparation is in progress.
Your inventions, strategies, uploaded files, reports and outputs remain your property and are treated as confidential information. Enterprise deployments can add private-cloud hosting, dedicated instances, and further encryption, retention, audit and access-control options.
